What happens during coaching?

I offer a variety of sessions and packages to suit different personalities, lifestyles and budgets.

First off, we'll have an informal chat to see if we're suited to working together, then we'll agree next steps.

You may prefer bite sized chunks over a number of sessions. Or perhaps spending half a day going to a deeper level more quickly works for you.

Single sessions are predominantly carried out over the telephone, via SKYPE or face to face. 

You will be guided to:

 1.    Set a goal or goals

2.    Consider where you are at the moment

3.    Generate a range of options

4.    Agree actions

5.    Summarise the session

Intensive packages are tailored to your individual needs and can be half a day or a day long. You will gain most value from these sessions by meeting me in person.

A coaching session is completely confidential. I agree and comply with the Coaching Code of Conduct.
