Finally...the diploma certificate has arrived in the post...I'm a qualified coach!
It took longer than I expected to complete the training. It's strange to think I almost never started. Lots of doubts holding me back; I can't afford the course, I don't have time, I'll be rubbish.
But helping people to help themselves is priceless. Watching the twinkle in someone's eye as they share a nugget of progress and realise they annihilated the invisible barriers which prevented them moving forward. It makes my heart sing...nothing compares.
I'm apprehensive about stretching my comfort zone. I don't know what's going to happen - worst case scenario, nothing. But I realise I don't have to take the plunge...I can dip my toe in the water and see what happens.
I've seen the difference coaching has made to the people I've worked with, you can read their stories for yourself on my website - www.aspire-act-achieve-coaching.com...and it is why I'm writing this post and sharing it with you.
I have something positive to offer in times of great uncertainty. Some people fear asking for help makes them seem weak, but reaching out for support takes strength. Coaching is led by you, you stay in charge...a coach will hold you to account and ask challenging questions, but they won't tell you what to do or impose their opinions.
Sounds good doesn't it? If you think coaching could help you or someone you know to make the difference you can't quite make on your own, then get in touch. I'm offering free sample sessions and would love to hear from you.
